Jay Sean mostra el seu talent a una edat primerenca, quan als 11 anys, ell i el seu cosí (Pritpal Ruprai) van formar un duo de hip hop anomenat “Compulsive Disorder”. Va anar a l’escola primària Sandringham, Forest Gate Community School, Sir George Monoux College. Més tard es va matricular a Barts i al London School de Medicina i Odontologia, però va decidir postergar els seus estudis per seguir la seva carrera artística. Va signar un contracte amb Virgin Records després del seu tema “One Minute” i després va caure en mans del productor de Rishi Rich. L’any 2010 es va tractar de gravar un remix de la cançó “Crank It Up” de l’actriu cantant Ashley Tisdale però aquest single va ser cancel·lat pels drets de Televisió de la cantant.

Aquesta setmana la cançó It Ain’t the End és un proposta de l’Emma de 5èA. És un tema força actual, editat l’any 2012. Espero que us agradi i us ajudi a començar el dia amb ritme i alegria. Per cert, la setmana vinent- si tot va bé- escoltarem una novetat mundial, els nens i nenes de 4t de l’escola Les Fonts interpretant un tema dels Gossos titulat La Vall de’Artigues. Es tracta d’una gravació que es realitzarà en el Camp d’Aprenentatge Pau Casals on farem una activitat d’estudi d’enregistrament.
