Arquèstrat (Ἀρχέστρατος), conegut també com Arquèstrat de Gela (Siracusa), va ser un antic poeta siracusà del temps de Dionís, que va escriure a mitjans del segle IV a.C. un poema èpic de gastronomia anomenat “Vida de luxe”.
