DURUM KEBAB

INGREDIENTS:

– chicken

– iogourt sauce

– onion

– tomatoe

– lettutce

– durum pastry

 

PREPARATION

1-Roast de chicken

2-Cut the chicken very thing

3-Chop the chicken in the durum pastry

4-Cut the lettuce

5-Chop the lettuce in the durum pastry

6-Cut the onion

7-Chop the onion in the durum pastry

8-Cut the tomatoe

9-Chop the tomatoe in the durum pastry

10-Put the yogourt sauce in the durum kebab

 

SPAGHETTI CARBONARA

INGREDIENTS

-1/2 spaghetti

-1 onion

-200gr bacon

-150gr cheesse

-20dl cream

-Oil

-Salt

-Pepper

Preparation

Put the spaghetti cook 8 minutes, not through, and drai well.

Fry the chopped onion in oil over low heat to brown without burning.

When almost soft add the chopped bacon.When the bacon golden brown add the cream and stir.Take a few pieces of chesse and stir until melted and keep trying the sauce to add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix with the spaghetti, and let rest a while before serving.

VICHISOISE

INGREDIENTS FOR A 4 PEOPLE PERSONS:
6 leeks
1 onion
300g. cream
50 g. potato
50 g. butter
Chicken broth
parsley
salt
pepper

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, put to boil the white part of leek, potato, butter and chives.
After half an hour, when it’s done, we had everything in the blender. It can be served hot or cold, the taste of people. We can put a little parsley.

VANILLA ICE CREAM

Ingredients

120ml milk.

120ml cream.

2 egg yolk.

50 grames sugar.

A small spoon of vanilla essence.

Elaboration

1.Heat the milk and sugar and then strit.

2.Add egg yolks to the saucepan and stir over at low heat.

3.Add the vanilla essence and stir.

4.Remove from heat.

5.Wait unil the mixt be cool.

6.Add the whipped cream and then stir the mixt

7.Put the ice cream in the fridge.

My mum’s pizza recipe

Ingredients of the mass: Ingredients to put on the mass:

-250 g.  of  flour                               – Tomato sauce

-Yeast                                                   – 200 g. of mozarella

-Water                                                  – Bacon

-1 spoon of oil

-1 pinch of salt and sugar

Preparation:

-Mix the flour, yeast, water, oil, salt and sugar.

-Leave it in a hot place for a 30 minutes.

-Put the oven to 250º.

-Roll the mass.

-Put the tomato sauce on the mass.

-Add the bacon and the mozarella.

-Put it in the oven.

-Wait about 15 minutes.

-Eat it!

Courgette cream

Ingredients:

1 Kg of courgette

3 spoonful of oil

1 onion

1 cup of milk

1 clove of garlic

4 pieces of cheese

 

Preparation:

1.-Chop the garlic and the onion.

2.-Put oil, the garlic and the onion in a pot.

3.-Peel and cut the courgette in small slices.

4.-Add the courgette in the pot.

5.-Cook in slow fire 15 minuts.

6.-Add the cup of milk.

7.-Beat the mixture.

8.-Serve the cream in a dish.

9.-You can eat the courgette cream cold or hot.

EGG CUSTARD

Ingredients:

-1/2 liter of milk
-100g of sugar
-6 eggs
-4 moalds

Preparation:

-Turn on the oven to 90º and prepare the moalds.
-Make the 6 eggs, 100g of sugar and water in a recipient and put a slow fire.
-After, put the custard in the moalds.
-Put in the bowl the milk, the 50g of the sugar and beat.
– After, put the mix in the molds.
-And finally put de custard in the oven.

CHICKEN AND PRAWNS

Chicken and prawns

Ingredients:

1 chicken, cut the garlic

2 or 3 garlic

1 or 2 tomatoes

1 large onion

Preparation:

how to cook fish and chips

Ingredients:

600 grams of fish fillets, 200 dl of oil, 100 grams of flour, 125 ml of beer, 300 ccs of water, 600 grams of peel potatoes, 1 pinch of salt, 3cl apple cider vinegar, 2 eggs.

Make a batter with flour, beer, beaten egg, water. Rest the batter for 30 minutes. Cut the fish in long fillets. Dip fish in the batter and fry it in hot oil. Peel and cut potatoes into strips. Fry the potatoes in hot oil over medium heat. Serve the fish seasoned with vinegar and salt with plenty of fries.

LES COLONIES

Hola 6è només volia dir que ja queda molt poc per anar a Cala Monjoi, de colònies, així que ens podem anar a fer la motxilla que marxarem d’aquí a pocs dies.

A Cala Monjoi hi ha diverses activitats com canoa, piragua, esquí bus, esquaix, escalada en rocòdrom, tenis, tir amb arc, volei platja, minigolf, orientació, tenis taula ( ping-pong), malabars, coreografia, taller de nusos, excursións, estampació de samarretes, sortida amb vaixell a Cadaqués, i activitats de nit com jocs, gimcana, karaoque i discoteca etc.

Després hi han activitats voluntàries com enviar una postal a casa des de Cadaqués, i un concurs de fotografia.

Rice with milk Asturian style

Ingredients:
-200 grams of rice round
-200 ml of water
-2.5 l of whole milk
-1 large lemon
-1 large cinnamon stick
-150 g of white sugar
-1 generous pinch of salt
-Mixture of 100 g of sugar and 10 g of cinnamon

Preparation :

1. To start, peel the lemon.

2.  To continue, heat two liters of milk. Add the lemon peel and finally the brach of canela . And to end,wait 5 minutes( for infusing the milk).

3. In another pot put the rice with water with a pinch of salt and put it in a boil. Take it off when the rice was without water. Go stirring every 10 minutes to avoid sticking and for a well mixture of the flavors.

4. Add two vessels of milk and be always stirring to achieve the desired creaminess.

5. When we see that the rice is creamy, we continue adding the sugar. The sugar is always added at the end to prevent sticking.

6. To presentate it, you can fill some nice pots decorated or wherever you want. And then we have to burn the surface of this pudding. For it, we took a spoon of sugar mixed with cinnamon and we put it in the top and then we burn it with a kitchen torch.

7. For this recipe you can take a splash of anise which make it really rich. I advise you to throw real cow’s milk, but if you can’t find it you can get help with a brick of 200 cc of cream, the pastry cream.

Fruit salad

Ingredients:

– 2 apples

– 2 bananas

– 2 oranges

– 2 kiwis

– 1 peach

– 1 lemon

– 100 gr. of cherries

– 100 gr. of strawberries

– Sugar or honey

 

Preparation:

– Peel the apples, the oranges, the kiwis and the peach and cut in pieces.

– Peel the bananas and cut in slices.

– Remove the bones of the cherries and cut the strawberries in pieces.

– Put the fruits in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.

– Dilute the sugar or the honey in some water and add to the fruit.

– Leave the fruit in the fridge until it is ready to serve.

CITRUS FRUITS


ingredients:
1lemon
2 oranges
1 grapefruit
1 kiwi
1 bouquet of fresh mint
2 spoonfuls of sugar.

Preparation:
1-Peel the grapefruit , the lemon, one orange and the kiwi. Separate the pieces segments of orange, grapefruit and lemon and the cut the kiwi in slices.

2-Put citrtus fruits in the plate and dust with sugar.

3- Squeeze the other orange and spray on the citrus fruits.
And fresh mint.
