Courgette cream

Ingredients:

1 Kg of courgette

3 spoonful of oil

1 onion

1 cup of milk

1 clove of garlic

4 pieces of cheese

 

Preparation:

1.-Chop the garlic and the onion.

2.-Put oil, the garlic and the onion in a pot.

3.-Peel and cut the courgette in small slices.

4.-Add the courgette in the pot.

5.-Cook in slow fire 15 minuts.

6.-Add the cup of milk.

7.-Beat the mixture.

8.-Serve the cream in a dish.

9.-You can eat the courgette cream cold or hot.
