INGREDIENTS
-1/2 spaghetti
-1 onion
-200gr bacon
-150gr cheesse
-20dl cream
-Oil
-Salt
-Pepper
Preparation
Put the spaghetti cook 8 minutes, not through, and drai well.
Fry the chopped onion in oil over low heat to brown without burning.
When almost soft add the chopped bacon.When the bacon golden brown add the cream and stir.Take a few pieces of chesse and stir until melted and keep trying the sauce to add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix with the spaghetti, and let rest a while before serving.
