Halloween workshop

El passat dimecres 29 d’octubre, la Maria va venir a la nostra escola a fer un taller de Halloween amb els alumnes d’anglès 1!

Aprofitant que estem estudiant aquesta llengua què millor que fer-ho a través de la cultura, no?
Dos tallers ens van ajudar a aprendre el vocabulari, la història i els orígens d’aquesta tradició tan antiga; d’una manera lúdica i tot resolent mots encreuats, sopes de lletres, quiz, etc. ens vam tornar un experts per poder jugar al Halloween boardgame! Molt semblant al popular joc de l’oca però amb uns reptes més que terrorífics!
Sort que tant els guanyadors com la resta de participants vam poder gaudir d’un final ben dolç…

Last Wednesday 29th of October, Maria came to our school to do a Halloween workshop with English 1 students!
Since we are learning the English, we thought that getting into the culture would be a good way to practise the Language as well.
Two workshops helped them learn the voacabulary, the history and origins of this old tradition; we had fun solving crosswords, wordsearches and quizes, and we became experts and play it the Halloween boardgame, very similar to the popular Game of the Goose, but with very terrorífic challenges!
Finally, we were lucky that both winners and participants could enjoy a sweet ending…
