Preparation:

Rice with milk Asturian style

Ingredients:
-200 grams of rice round
-200 ml of water
-2.5 l of whole milk
-1 large lemon
-1 large cinnamon stick
-150 g of white sugar
-1 generous pinch of salt
-Mixture of 100 g of sugar and 10 g of cinnamon

Preparation :

1. To start, peel the lemon.

2.  To continue, heat two liters of milk. Add the lemon peel and finally the brach of canela . And to end,wait 5 minutes( for infusing the milk).

3. In another pot put the rice with water with a pinch of salt and put it in a boil. Take it off when the rice was without water. Go stirring every 10 minutes to avoid sticking and for a well mixture of the flavors.

4. Add two vessels of milk and be always stirring to achieve the desired creaminess.

5. When we see that the rice is creamy, we continue adding the sugar. The sugar is always added at the end to prevent sticking.

6. To presentate it, you can fill some nice pots decorated or wherever you want. And then we have to burn the surface of this pudding. For it, we took a spoon of sugar mixed with cinnamon and we put it in the top and then we burn it with a kitchen torch.

7. For this recipe you can take a splash of anise which make it really rich. I advise you to throw real cow’s milk, but if you can’t find it you can get help with a brick of 200 cc of cream, the pastry cream.

Fruit salad

Ingredients:

– 2 apples

– 2 bananas

– 2 oranges

– 2 kiwis

– 1 peach

– 1 lemon

– 100 gr. of cherries

– 100 gr. of strawberries

– Sugar or honey

 

Preparation:

– Peel the apples, the oranges, the kiwis and the peach and cut in pieces.

– Peel the bananas and cut in slices.

– Remove the bones of the cherries and cut the strawberries in pieces.

– Put the fruits in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.

– Dilute the sugar or the honey in some water and add to the fruit.

– Leave the fruit in the fridge until it is ready to serve.

CITRUS FRUITS


ingredients:
1lemon
2 oranges
1 grapefruit
1 kiwi
1 bouquet of fresh mint
2 spoonfuls of sugar.

Preparation:
1-Peel the grapefruit , the lemon, one orange and the kiwi. Separate the pieces segments of orange, grapefruit and lemon and the cut the kiwi in slices.

2-Put citrtus fruits in the plate and dust with sugar.

3- Squeeze the other orange and spray on the citrus fruits.
And fresh mint.

Sandwich of cheese and ham

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread

1 rasher of cheese

1 rasher of ham

Elaboration:

You grab a slice of bread, you put butter with
a knife.

Then put a slice of cheese and ham.

Crêpe

Ingredients:

– Makes 8 crepes:
– 250g of flour
– 4 eggs
– 1 packet of sugar (coffee)
– 1 pinch of salt
– 1/2 liter of whole milk
– 50g of butter

Preparation:

Pour the flour into the whisk, milk, eggs, salt and sugar. 5 minutes, then we spread a medium skillet with butter and wait for it to warm over medium heat. Once golden as 1 minute over low heat the layer below the take off of the crepe with a spatula and we turn to brown other side.

Solano’s Salad

Ingredients:

–          1 lettuce

–          10 small tomatoes

–          A can of corn

–          1 egg

–          A can of olives

–          Olive oil

–          Vinegar

–          Salt

 

How to make it?

First of all we catch the lettuce and we cut it. Then we catch 10 small tomatoes and we cut them in half. We put the lettuce and the tomatoes on a plate and we add a can of corn and a can of olives. Finally we cook the egg and we add it too.  If we want to dressed salad we have to add olive oil, vinegar and salt.

 

 

 

Pizza homemade

Ingredients:

Flour

– Salt

– Oil

– Water

– Bacon strips

– Mozzarela

– Sweet ham

– Tomato “Solis”

 

Preparation:

1. Put to preheat the over to 180º of temperature.

2. Sorrow 250 g of flour.

3. Sorrow 5 g of salt.

4. Measure a half glass of water, heat the water, and mix the water, the salt and the flour in a bowl.

8. Later, put the bacon strips and the sweet ham slices.

9. In finally, put the pizza in the oven 10-15 minutes to 180º of temperature.
