Nicholas Joseph Cugnot

Nicholas Joseph Cugnot was born in France French on 25th. September 1725.

He lived always in France.

He studied as military engineer.

He invented the car.

In 1771 the car crashed to the wall.

This accident was the  end of the first car in the world.

But in 1772 the king Luis XV paid  600 francs at year for his work.

This work preserved in the “Conservatorie National des Arts et Métiers” (in Paris).

This machine doesn’t run.

He died in France French on 1804.

He died with 79 years old.

KARL BENZ

Karl Benz invented the cars.

He is was from Germany.

He was born in Karlsruhe ( Germany ).

He was born in 1844.

He studied for working as a cars engineer. to work engenies for cars.

He was famous for created the first cars.

Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany, March 14th, 1879 and died on April 18th, 1955.  had He was 76 years old.

He is considered the century’s most important scientific XX. In 1915 he presented the theory of general relativity, which reformulated the whole concept of gravedad.

He also had a student named Hans Tanner.

In 1901 appeared the first scientific work Einstein.

He was born in the German city of Ulm (això està repetit), sixty miles east of Stuttgart.

His parents were Hermann Einstein and Pauline Koch.

In 1880 the family moved to Munich, where his father and uncle founded in October a company dedicated to installing water and gas. As business was good, with the support of the whole family decided to open his own workshop electrical: Elektrotechnische Fabrik J. Einstein & Cie.

Hans Lippershey

Hans Lippershey is was a big inventor and scientific.

He invented the telescope.
He live was born in 1570, Wesel, Germany Alemania  septiembre de 1619 but lived in Middelburg, Holland.
It is not known but started working with glass.
In 1608 he created the telescope but they also said that there was another inventor who invented it but he was the man who established the design parenteral.
He also named a moon crater with its name.
A description of the instrument quickly lay in arrived at the hands of Galileo Galilei.
They also say that the planes of the telescope is was the theft of his own father Jacob Metius.
This lens grinder German is considered the creator of the telescope, but tradition says a child was playing in the shop and got in line Lippershey two lenses Given this fortuitous event observed by the lens grinder, developed the instrument would become known as scope.

Samuel Morse

Samuel Finley Breese Morse invented the Morse code with Alfred Vail.
He was american.
He was born in Boston, Massachusets, USA on 27th April 1791.
He died in New York on 2nd April 1872.
He was an inventor and a painter.
He studied in  Phillips Academy and in Yale college.
In 1838 the Morse code was very important.

Galileo Galilei

Galileo Galilei was born near Pisa on 15th February 1564.

He was physicist, astronomer and mathematician.

He discovered that the Earth rotated around the Sun,it didn’t like to catholics, they belived that the Earth was the center of  Universe,by this question he was convicted to prison.

He and Klepler began the cientific revolution, it finished with Isaac Newton.

His main contribution to astronomy was the telescope.

He observed and discovered the Sun-spots,valleis and Moon mountains and four satellites of Jupiter.

In the History of the culture, he is a symbol of  fight for investigation freedom.

He died on 8th January 1642, 77 years old in Archetri ( Florence ).

Alexander Fleming

Alexander Fleming discovered the Penicillium notatum.
He was born in on 6th august the 1881.
Hi died in on 11 March the 1955.
Fleming was a Scottish biologist and pharmacologist.
He wrote many articles on bacteorology, immunology and chemoterapy.
His best know discoveries are the discovery of the enzyme lisozyme in 1923 and the antobiotic substance penicllin from the mould Penicillium notatum in 1928.

NILS BOHLIN

Nils Bohlin discovered three-point safety belt.

He was from Sweden.

He was born on the 17th of July in  Härnösand (Sweden).

He lived in Härnösand (Sweden).

He was mechanical engineering but he worked on the seat belt for about a year.

He introduced his invention to the Volvo company in 1959.

He demostrated its effectiveness in a study of 28.000 accidents in Sweden

He received a gold medal from Royal Swedish Academy engineering Science in 1995 and in 1999.

He received his first patent in 1959.

He died on 21st. September 2002.
