We set up a restaurant!!!

Our last project in English has constisted in setting up our own restaurant in class! Some of us were clients and some of us were waiters or waitresses and it was really successful!

We had to do a hard job learning the food vocabulary, choosing the restaurant name, designing our logo and the menu, making handmade food, and practising how to order food in a restaurant.

El nostre últim projecte en anglès ha consistit en muntar un restaurant a classe. Alguns/es de nosaltres érem clients i altres cambrers/es i va ser tot un èxit!

Hem treballat molt aprenent el vocabulari de menjar, escollint el nom del restaurant, dissenyant el logo i el menú, fent el menjar a mà, i practicant com demanar menjar en un restaurant.

FIRE BEASTS PROJECT

As a part of the “Fire beast project”, in Year 2 we are working on the human body parts, and later on, we’ll learn the beasts ones. We drew the children silhouettes and pointed out the most important body parts. We had fun while learning throughout the process and the result was amazing!

Dins del projecte de “Les bèsties de foc”, a 2n estem treballant les parts del cos humà, per després aprendre les de les bèsties. Vam dibuixar les siluetes dels nens i les nenes i vam assenyalar les parts del cos més importants. Ens ho vam passar molt bé mentre apreníem durant el procés i el resultat va quedar fantàstic!
