Penne All’Arrabbiata

PENNE ALL’ARRABBIATA

Ingredients:

-Olive oil

Garlic

-Bacon

-Tomato

Chili

-Salt

Basil

Grated cheese

-Macarronis with tomato hot sauce

 

Preparation:

-Put the olive oil and the garlic in the skillet.

-Put the bacon and cook until it is well gold.

-After, put the tomato, the chili and salt.

-While, put  4l of water in the pot and after, put a few salt and the macarronis, too.

-Put the hot sauce and basil. When the pasta are cooked “al dente”, mix with sauce in the skilled.

-Put the olive oil and the grated cheese.

-Finally, prove the salt, the spice and to serve immediately.
