We cook pizza

Ben aviat farem un taller de pizza i per poder-lo fer hem hagut de llegir i comprendre la recepta en anglès, transformar la recepta per dues persones al nombre de persones que farem el taller i repartir-nos els ingredients necessaris per poder-los dur el dia del taller.
Quan haguem fet les pizzes us les ensenyarem, de moment us deixem la recepta:

PIZZA

Ingredients (for 2 people)

The dough
200 g. flour
100g. water
10 g. yeast
1 spoon of olive oil
½ teaspoon of salt

Topping
100g of cheese (mozarella)
100 g. of fried tomato
100 g of ham or 80 g of tuna …

Tools
2 recipients
1 spoon
1 clean cloth
1 rolling pin

Procedure

In one recipient mix the yeast with the water.
In the other recipient mix the salt with the flour.
Then pour the liquid mixture into the solid.
Mix a little bit with a spoon and pour the olive oil.
Finish the mixture with the hands.
Once the dough is elastic and fluffy, cover it with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Cut the dough in the number of pizzas you want to make.
Roll out the dough with the rolling pin.
Cover the pizza with tomato, the wished topping and cheese.
Cook for 15 minutes at 200ºC.
