I leant that:
1- cabinets usually kept herbs in it so that the kitchen would not smell.
2- slates would use it for copying letters and numbers.
3- swords could also be used as decorations in the Great Hall and theThrone Room.

In the blacksmith had fire to found the iron to make weapons.
In the barracks,the soldiers to put straw in the sacks for sleep here.
In the classroom, the childrens had the slates instead of paper.

I learn than flags were used as decorations and flown on tap of the castle, the throne is were the kings sits and slates were used by children in the classrooms

Oscar, I have learnt that Swords could be used as decorations in the Great Hall and the Throne Room, that
the anvil was used as a surface for molding metal in the blacksmith shop and that the castle door was thick and wooden with metal reinforcements and it let people go in and out from the castle.

This is the coat of arms for the Castle of Ibral. It is a symbol that represents the castle.
Swords were used when there was lots of open space. A foot soldier would use his sword in hand to hand combat. Swords were also carried by knights. Swords were kept in leather pouches called sheaths.
A tapestry was a woven decoration. They would sometimes have designs or pictures on them. they could be in the Throne Room, the Great Hall, or a Bedroom.
