A message from Kielce (6th grade)
1Hi 6th grade children
We’ve received a new message from Kielce (Poland) answering our message sending our condolences for Saturday’s plane crash. Here you can read it:
Hi Oscar,
Thank you all for being with us in this difficult time. We are all still shocked and can’t believe in what happened a few days ago. We hope that this tragic accident will not be forgotten and that maybe thanks to this tragedy the world will eventually find out what happened in Katyn 70 years ago.
Thank you once again for your support.
Condolences to Poland
0Hello 6th grade students
Yesterday, the Polish president Lech Kaczynsky, his wife and 94 more people died in a plane crash. He was on his way to a ceremony in Katyn to commemorate the memory of some 20,000 Polish officers killed by Soviet troops during World War Two.
We want to offer our condolences to all the Polish inhabitants, specially to our E-twinning partners from John Paul’s school in Kielce (Poland).
