Hello Oscar,del Catalan Cuisine I learnt:We have typical sauces, like”Allioli”wich consist on eggs,garlic and oli.
In 2001,Ferran Adrià was in the list of the tem best chefs in Time magazine.
I del British Food I learnt:People love a good cup of tea on a morning too.
Trifle is made with layers of sponge cake,custard,fruit and whipped cream.

I learnt Catalan food is part of diet Mediterranean.
It’s got tipycal foods: pa amb tomàquet,butifarra amb mongetes,esqueixada de bacallà,allioli,romerso and crema catalana.
I learnt English breakfast is very greasy.
On sundaysmost families eat a sunday dinner.

He entes entre les dos:Catalan food,like.Spanish food dn the wohle is exelent.Catalan food is very healty and is part of the famed Mediterranean did that is rich is beans, fish, meats, vegetable and olive oil.

-The most famous Catalan drink is “cava”.
-Carme Ruscalleda i Serra is a renowned Catalan Chef of the restaurant Sant Pau in Sant Pol de Mar, near Barcelona.
British Food:
-Bacon, sandwiches and sausage sandwiches are also very popular.
-Fish and chips is England’s traditionl take-away food.
