Day 2: Let’s visit Cambridge !
4th Grade, 5th Grade, 6th Grade, General juliol 4th, 2012Hi, Escola Splai’s boys and girls !
On Day 2 we played “croquet” in the garden and we had a very nice excursion to Cambridge. This monumental city is full of colleges (Kings College, Queens College, Trinity College…), a lot of famous people studied there: Lord Byron, Prince Charles, Charles Darwin, Isaac Newton… Do you know that is the city in the world with most Nobel Prizes ?
Here you can watch some of the pictures. The photograph of the “Apple tree“ is in Trinity College. That’s where Issac Newton discovered the gravity theory !
