European Project: Famous people from around the world (6th Grade)
0We want to tell you that we are going to start an European Project with 6th Grade pupils about famous people from around the world.
We are working with a Romanian School “Scoala cu Clasele I-VIII Nr.7 Resita“ and we will exchange biographies.
All the information will be hanged in our TWINBLOG. You can post your own comments about the project.

This dictation is about famous people and his/her professions.
Famous people and professions
“Galileo was an astronomer from Italy. He was the first person to look at the stars and the planets through a telescope. He discovered that the Earth and the other planets go around the sun.
Alexander Graham Bell was an inventor from Scotland. He invented the telephone. It was a very simple telephone.
Frida Khalo was a painter from Mexico. She painted a lot of colorful pictures and self-portraits.
Louis Armstrong was a very famous jazz singer and musician. His voice was very deep and he played the trumpet brilliantly.”
Project: English Culture (6th grade)
0Pilar, Marta and Paula prepared this Powerpoint for their oral presentation on England. They did a very good job !
They wrote about history, weather, festivities, food, transport and places to visit. See you on Monday !

Let’s play with the planets (6th grade)
06th grade students have been playing with the planets. First, we have delivered them some cards and they had to tell the main characteristics of each planet.
Then, they have ordered the planets from the nearest to the furthest planet to the sun.
At the end, we have done a competition in teams and they had to answer the main facts about our solar system.
