We all live in a yellow submarine

You can listen to music, but sometimes is possible to read or even to watch music. Turn off the volume and let’s see it with Yellow Submarine,  a 1966 song by The Beatles.

😎 Try it! Think of a song and work in pairs. Prepare a power point presentation only with the lyrics or images about the song and show it to the rest of the class. Without listening the music, will your classmates be able to guess the title or the rythm of your song?

Minibeasts

A snail, a butterfly, an eel, a spider… how many ‘minibeasts’ do you know in English?

Life without Internet… do you imagine?

Are you an internet addict? How your life would be without internet? High school students from southern California and New York visited Mission Local and asked residents what life would be like without the internet.

😎 Try it! Watch the video and use it to start a class discussion about advantages and disadvantages about using internet at class, at home, at work… You can divide the class into several groups, each group can create a presentation about the item and what they think about it, and then show it to the class. Try to create a good atmosphere and respect and listen other classmates’ opinion.
