We will start our eTwinning projects with a research on Spanish Monuments. We are focusing on Spanish monuments outside Catalonia, because there is already a primary school (CEIP Ramon Macip – Dolors Granés from Cardedeu) focusing on Catalan monuments. Our objective is to design a presentation on three monuments. Today we are going to choose them.
Which are the most important Spanish Monuments?
Go to this website and find out! It is the website of the Unesco World Heritage site which includes the most important monuments in the world.
Which one would you like to know more about?
TASK 1
- Choose one monument that calls your attention
- What’s its name?
- Where is it?
- When was it built?
- Who built it?
- When was it included in the World Heritage list?
Answer the questions in the form of a comment. Don’t forget to write the name of all the pupils in your group.
TASK 2
Find pictures in google, flickr or Picasa and file them in a folder called “Mis Monumentos”.
Go to this Picture album, log in with the email etwinningfontser@yahoo.com and the password your teacher will provide and upload three pictures of the monument you have chosen. . Write a title and a comment for each of the three pictures.
Good work!
