“The World Conservation Congress closes today in Barcelona. For ten days the Congress has hosted more than 8,000 specialists from the fields of sustainable development and biodiversity. The event was organised by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), which is made up of over 1,000 organisations and 11,000 experts from 160 countries.” (from Vilaweb Diari d’ Escola)

The results for the first test show that 4th ESO D students have an average mark of 5. Out of the 20 students who took the exam, 9 passed and 11 failed. Most results are between the 4 and 6 region.

The results for unit 1 have been very bad. Most people have failed their exams, with the only exception of two students. Theirs was the easiest exam of the three difficulty levels and yet the amount of study seems to be near to nothing.

The average? 3.8!!

Now let’s go for 4 ESO C, it’s going to be a looong afternoon.

The exams of the 4th ESO C students have been marked and the results show an average of 5.2. There are very few failed exams, which is good, but there are few good results, which is bad. Unfortunately, most results are around the 5 or 6 area.

The results will be announced on Monday and the test will be uploaded on this page.
