Sunday morning at Buckingham Palace
Cheeeeeese!
The Changing of the Guard; Queen Elisabeth was home.
There she is!! Oh no, it’s just a horse…
Hi everybody! We are Miriam and Clara and we are talking about Sunday.
We got up at Despina’s house and after that we went to Arnos Grove Station with our group and teachers.
We travelled by underground and we got off at Green Park Station. We walked to Buckingham Palace where there were a lot of people and the situation was very stressful. The group saw The Changing of the Guard and the Queen Elisabeth was home. The Changing of the Guard was wonderful because all soldiers played instruments and showed their weapons.
After we visited the Big Ben,which is a fantastic monument, and then we took the underground. We went down to Marble Arch Station and walked to Hyde Park. The students and the teachers started to eat their packed lunches and relaxed. Many people slept and played cards. Two hours later we walked around the park and saw ducks, the monument of Peter Pan, beautiful flowers and squirrels.
Finally many students bought some fantastic ice-creams. The ice-creams were delicious!!
