En començar la sessió veiem la col·lecció d’imatges. La mestra escriu el nom d’una en un lloc amagat de la classe. Al final de la sessió pregunta als alumnes “What’s the word of the day?” Els alumnes han d’endevinar quina és la paraula amagada.

In this activity kids will listen to the song Sk8er Boy by Avril Lavigne, they will see the album and try and guess why I chose the images that I did.
After having seen the album and listened to the song they will have to do a gap-filling exercise with the words hidden behind the images.
Once that is done, they have to create an activity like this one with the song that they choose and we’ll do the activity together.

Sharing some previous work
Last year, I was doing some work with authorstream, where you can upload any .ppt presentation. The one that I did dealt with the use of The Present Tense in English. Since the main philosophy behind web 2.0 is that of sharing, I’m gonna share that with you.
