Interview with Pau Gasol

TV presenter: Let’s go to _________1! Here they come across the Globe to become an NBA player, the Lakers, then they come back from Canada to get their first look at Pau Gasol as a teammate.
We were there this evening to see how this Spaniard got back from his test in L.A. to join in the team for the game tomorrow morning, our time. So, Gasol gets trained at Elvis time, gains two hours going to Hollywood, then loses 3 hours  going to the Nation’s capital where, who’s waiting, our John Ireland from his exclusive interview.

Interviewer: Thanks and greetings from Washington D.C., where I am with the newest Laker, Pau Gasol, and Pau, welcome. _____________2?

Pau Gasol: I feel good, you know, I feel a bit ___________3, maybe in really 2 crazy days for me but I’m really _________4 and I’m really happy about the opportunity that it presented to me and it’s… __________5… It’s an amazing feeling and I’m looking forward to be with the team.

Interviewer: Reallistically, How long do you think it’s gonna take you to … ___________6 play tomorrow? Do you wanna take a few days? What do you think it?

Pau Gasol: I mean, I would love to play tomorrow, you know, I think we’re not gonna be able to do that, and probably we’re gonna do New Jersey, and you know, I’m looking forward to meet my new teammates. I think the Lakers have a wonderful team and I am thrilled to have this opportunity to join the team and then, hopefully, you know, make the team ________7, and have a great opportunity to make and accomplish something really special. There’s a lot stuff that I need to get adjusted, but obviously, it is a big change from Memphis.

Interviewer: Thanks for the time and Welcome! That’s Pau Gasol, Back to you, guys in L.A.
