Activitats abans del video: el professor/a presenta el video dient que es tracta d’una història de presecucions sobre un home, un pingüí i un gos. Demana als alumnes que facin hipòtesis al voltant de l’argument.

3r passi: Check your answers.

Posada en comú de les respostes i visionat del vídeo per comprovar els resultats.

Després del video:

  1. Resumir el video oralment a través de preguntes als alumnes (personatges, lloc, situació, motiu, acció, final).
  2. Treball en grup: Escriure el text del següent video (passar-lo sense veu), utilitzant algunes de les expressions del video de Wallace & Gromit. Practicar-la oralment i presentar-la a la classe, en directe o gravat. Els alumnes poden fer la tasca a l’aula d’informàtica per poder veure el video tantes vegades com sigui necessari.

Activities:
1. Write about your favourite singer, band. No more than 50 words.
2. Write 2 comments on other students’ favourite singers, bands.
Give reasons on why you think your singer is the best / better than… because…

Tips:
1. Be precise and clear.
2. Use comparative/superlative adjectives already worked in class.
3. Use at least 3 reasons to convince the other students on your choice.

Evaluation:
1. Use of correct sentences.
2. Correct use of superlative/comparative adjectives.
3. Good reasoning.

Activity about the English accents

Take notes while viewing the video-clip and then be ready to answer the following questions:

-What is the most important thing when you speak English?

-Do you need to speak like a native?-Do you agree with this English teacher?

Watch the video. Some students express their vision of education today. Write a list of those you identify yourself with, then choose one and justify why. You can also read other people’s texts and write comments.
