CHRISTMAS MEETING AMB ELS ALUMNES DE TRES PINS

This last Thursday, at school, at half past nine, sixth grade from Tres Pins, came for a Christmas meeting. We all met in the music class on the second floor. When everyone was settled and everything was more or less ready, all of us got divided into seven different groups. After that, we all received an envelope with four or five different games. They all consisted in completing, matching, guessing or finding English words that were related to Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Every game had a certain time limit so that every group had to think what words had to go where. Every game had a winner, so at the end of the game, the team who would have most points would win. The whole game took us a little less than an hour.

HERE YOU CAN SEE SOME PICTURES OF THE MEETING

I think everyone liked it. It was good as well seeing some of our old school friends from primary.

By 10.30 we were finished, we went to the playground for breaktime and the 6th grade went back to Tres Pins.

FONIX 2013

In February, Héllène Sànchez, of 1st ESO; Barend Ruesink Bueno, of 2ond ESO; Ruben Pérez, of 3rd ESO and Roger Puigmitjà, of 4th ESO were chosen to represent our courses in the English contest, the Fonix.

On the 3rd March we went together with their teacher, Isabel Burgos, to the INEFC to make the test.

In the INEFC we went into very big rooms with all the other students who were representing their schools. There we did our tests. I didn’t expect so many people there!

I think it was good to go to this contest because I think it’s nice to have new experiences.

We will know the results in April.
