I tryed to explain in this video the different steps that I follow as a teacher that are similar of those in the course How To Teach Us. I had in mind (from my beginning as a teacher) some believes that guide my teaching, trying to give autonomy to pupils and give them the chance to reflect about his own learning (learn to learn). Now, as a IT leader or as Educational Teaching, when I do a course in front of teachers ,I try to think and do the same as if they were pupils, so this is they have to do things, they try web tools and they experiment.
I’ve learned that I follow a path but I need to walk with more teachers in the same path, I will try to put the teachers in students shoes when I will do an ICT course.
