- Reserva un temps per rebre i contestar el correu. No tallis la tasca que estiguis fent per comprovar si t’ha arribat correu nou.
- No baixis el correu, mentre estàs parlant amb algú per telèfon. Queda fatal sentir el teclat mentre estàs parlant per telèfon amb algú. Vol dir que no li fas prou cas! A més, la multitasca està contraindicada per a la salut
