In the Art class we were working a new artist; Vincent Van Gogh. He was born in Holland in 1853.
He used colors as a way to express his feelings and emotions. His most famous paintings were “The self-portrait” and “Starry night”. We were working with these paintings in the class and we made a self-portrait using a mirror and coloring it with watercolors, and then we color the “Starry night” using the pointillism technique.
We enjoyed a lot!
A la classe de plàstica vam treballar un nou artista; Vincent Van Gogh. Va néixer a Holanda al 1853.
Utilitzava els colors com una manera d’expressar els seus sentiments i les seves emocions. Les seves obres més famoses van ser “Autoretrat” i “La nit estelada”. Vam treballar aquestes pintures a la classe i ens vam fer un autoretrat utilitzant un mirall i pintant-lo amb aquarel•les. Després vam pintar “La nit estelada” amb la tècnica del puntillisme.
Ens ho vam passar molt bé!
