Born in Moscow in 1866, Wassily Kandinsky is often credited with being the very first artist to paint in completely abstracted forms, and his masterpiece Several Circles, is a perfect example of this pioneering work in abstraction.
With the “Arc de Sant Martí” classroom we have been working this masterpiece, and we have made our own creation, by stamping several circles and sticking several bottle tops.
Nascut a Moscú al 1866, Wassily Kandinsky sovint se li atribueix el ser el primer artista a pintar completament formes abstractes, i la seva obra mestra Several Circles és un perfecte exemple del seu treball pioner en abstracció.
Amb la classe “Arc de Sant Martí” hem estat treballant aquesta obra d’art, i hem fet la nostra pròpia creació, estampant diversos cercles i enganxant diversos taps d’ampolla.
