Aquesta tarda uns quants de vosaltres m’heu preguntat sobre aquest tipus de curses.
Són curses que es fan amb un mapa i en la que cal buscar unes fites que hi estan marcades, en un ordre establert. Per anar a la fita cal triar el millor recorregut possible. Si és la vostra primera cursa és millor utilitzar els camins que anar pel mig del bosc. Un cop s’arriba a la fita, allà trobareu una pinça amb la que heu de marcar la vostra targeta de control.
Si ho voleu provar només he de venir el diumenge 18 de novembre al bosc de Can Deu. Us asseguro que ho passareu bé. Podeu fer la cursa amb fent parella, i fins i tot, un grup de tres o quatre amb els vostres amics. També podeu fer parella amb alguns dels vostres pares o familiars.

El proper dissabte 19 d’abril es celebra una cursa d’orientació a Togores amb sortida a prop de Can Pagès, sota el pont de Castellar. L’orientació és un esport una mica desconegut, però molt divertit pel seus practicants. Podeu participar formant parella amb un dels vostres companys o amics, i si voleu també podeu formar parella amb algun familiar (pare, mare, etc.). Podeu trobar més informació a la web de la cursa

El proper 9 de juny anirem a les Pistes d’Atlestisme Josep Molins a gaudir d’una jornada d’atletisme. Allà practicarem diferents proves atlètiques: 400, 200 i 60 metres, llançament de pes i salt de llargada. Voleu saber quines són les millors marques en les diferents proves ?
