Multiple Intelligences
This Monday 26th we’ve dealt with the Multiple inteligences Topic on the course. We’ve come up with nice and updated versions of the famous multiple intelligences test to give to our students and even with a version for we teachers. It’s important to know ourselves (our own intelligences) before testing our students don’t you think so…..?
This is the link to the test provided by the “Generalita de Catalunya” and I must say it’s the best because it gives you the final result after taking the test. The questions can be adapted to your students and, of course, use them with your 6th grades to work better. Train them to this kind of test before giving it to them.

This March, in the ZER, we are dealing with a course for us teachers related to EMOTIONAL EDUCATION!
my emotions.....
Firstly, we are dealing with the teacher’s Emotional Education. Here you have a site I’ve found to an emotional eduaction program lead by a man called Michel Claeys.
Michel Claeys, author of THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING PROGRAM, has developed a comprehensive program based on games and activities, which could and should eventually find a way into every school program.
Our teacher of teachers in the course has suggested us names such as Leone or A. Carpena…..you can have a look at their thoughts and texts on google. By the way, they are in Spanish and Catalan.
I’ll be informing you each time I get in touch with something interesting in the course!

**INNOVATIVE PROJECTS INSIDE THE SCHOOL: LET’S LEARN HOW COOPERATIVES WORK!
This section is aimed to be a resource page for teachers. I’ll try to post, link and comment on as much useful resources as possible! At least, those that are useful for me and my sessions.
I want you to comment on a quite innovative thing we are doing in our ZER school and it’s called COPROES. This acronym stands for the Catalan words: Cooperativa Productiva Escolar. It is a small cooperative inside the school itself. All the school participates in the productive chain but its statutes and norms as well as the decisions are ruled and taken by Cicle Superior, that is, 5th and 6th grades.
This year, which is the second in fact, the COPROES has received the visit of an important person for the school and the cooperative itself, that is, a journalist from CATALUNYA RADIO. Kids were so excited and happy for the whole event. The journalist has seen all the productive process, the rules set by the managers of the cooperative and she has also done some interviews to them. The journalist has also interviewed the teacher in charge of the COPROES project, named is Don Juan. Finally, all the products have been created and ready to be sold on town tairs such as “La Clotxa” and “Rasquera’s May fair”.
You are invited to see the final products we have obtained after the whole productive chain has ended up: aromatic oil for cooking of different types, aromatic cloth bags for the wardrobe, etc…
Come to Rasquera to see it! Dates:
Clotxa: last weekend of February
May Parade: first weekend of May.
Be near to be the photos of all the process…..we are just organising them to be shown!
