Terratrèmol a La Selva
Avui, dia 30 de març de 2017, a les 1:38 de la matinada m’ha despertat una sacsejada. M’ha semblat un petit terratrèmol, he anat a internet i, efectivament ho he trobat.
He rememorat la meva visita a L’Aquila, just 2 setmanes abans del terratrèmol d’Amatrice! Un paisatge dantesc! Pena i por!
Why “Dra Rocks, I presume”?
There are two main reasons for the name of this bloc:
1.- I confess myself as a rockaholic. During my 3-month stage in Norwich from February to April 2011 I was tutorized by Kay Bentley, the best teacher I’ve ever had! Look at her on the Cambridge web.
When she noticed my true passion for geology and landscapes, she started to call me: “Dra Rocks”, which I loved!
2.- One of my favourite stories about great discoveries is the famous meeting between Dr Stanley and Dr. Livingstone. In fact, the sentence: ” Dr Livingstone, I presume”, was part of my grandiluquent statements in my teens.
Two powerful arguments, indeed!

MENÚS DE NADAL
Com a deures de Nadal, els alumnes de 3r d’ESO varen pensar un menú saludable i havien de dissenyar la carta per al restaurant en format tríptic o full, etc. Els resultats varen ser molt imaginatius i vistosos! Alguns realment brillants!
