Rugby

Rugby is a team of contact equipment, consisting of two teams with fifteen players each. Each match consists of two parts of 40 minutes with a break of 10 in the middle. Players fight for the possession of the ball to get it planted on the ground in the area of the mark or test of the rival team, with one two hands and without letting it go. This action adds five points (one test) and gives an opportunity or an attempt to make a direct shot between clubs (a trasformation) and get two more. Similarly, the attacking team can also score three points by jumping the ball between the opponent’s posts, either with a shot placed (punishment) with the game stopped by a foul whistled by the referee, either with A shot of overflow (one drop) with the game in action at any time.

The rules of this game are:

1- It is not allowed to pass the ball forward. Nor is the  ball allowed to fall forward, which is called knock-on or Avant.

2- The ball can only advance by carrying it or kicking it forward.

3- Any player on the field of play can advance with the ball.

4- A player tackled or tackled (shot down) must immediately pass or release the ball. the player who tackles must also immediately release the Tackled Player.

5- Rugby is a continuous sport. No interruptions are foreseen (unless there is an injury).

The most awarded country of the Commonwealth Games is England.
