SPAGHETTI CARBONARA
Ingredients:
400 grams of spaghetti
120 g of bacon
3 eggs
Grated Cheese
onion
olive
oil, salt and pepper.
Directions:
Cut
the bacon into small cubes
Add chopped onion and fry in a pan
with olive oil until golden.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl
Boil spaghetti in boiling water with a tablespoon of salt.Between 10 and 15 minutes
Then mix it with bacon to add
eggs, one tablespoon of cheese and cream and pepper or basil.
Mix well, and we eat hot.
