SOUP
Ingredients:
* 5 l. of water
* 1 thigh of chicken
* 1 bone of cow
* 1 bone of pig
* 1 bone of salt
* 1 piece of cow meat
* Green beans
* 2 potatoes
* 3 carrots
* 1 turnip
* 1 parsnip
* Leek
* 1 branch of celery
* Pasta
* Salt
Directions:
* Wash all in water.
* Put water in the pot until hot water.
* Put in hot water chicken, bones, meat and vegetables 2 or 3 hours.
* When hot water and ingredients are bulling, take out fire.
* Put the broth in the strainer.
* Put the broth in the pot.
* When broth is hot, put the pasta and salt 10 or 15 minutes.
