recipes from all over the world

It’s time to create recipes.

Listen to Catie’s kitchen podcast. After that think about a recipe that you would like to explain to your classmates and record it for them.

Let’s take advantage of all the different cultures in our classroom and we’ll create a recipe online-book with all of them.

In search of the roots and history of Easter

Easter is a festival of overwhelming joy.

The joy that celebrates life. Or rather, the victory of life over death.

But does it have any historic background? Did life really overcome death?

Most important, why Jesus is so remembered on Easter?

And why those funny stuffs like eggs, and bunnies

came to be mixed up with those ideas?

Also who brought all those customs

on the soil of America?

To know about Easter, read on the following

Now it’s time for writing again.

Explain what people in your country do to celebrate Easter. Is it similar to any of the traditions you have read about?

Include any reference to our “la Mona”
