The 3rd of June, the students of 1rst ESO in the Project class, went to the laboratory and we did some experiments: one of them is called “Recognise the aromas”.  We have to smell the differents aromas and recognise them.

We had to identify: Garlic, Cinnamon, Basic, Salt, Pepper, Rudder, Rosemary, Oregano and Anise.

There are more smells than tastes. When we smell something we might  remember easily some special day or when we did something, like when we smell marine brise, it will record us the sea. So, the smells are more connected to the memory than the tastes.
