Isaac Peral was born in Cartagena, Spain on 22nd of May 1945. His father was Juan Manuel Peral and his mother was Isabel Caballero. He was are an engineer and Spanish sailor. When he was 34, he discovered the electric submarine that revolutionized the under water navigation.
