DIGITAL WORKBOOK registration

Dear 3rd ESO students,

Us deixo els passos que haureu de seguir per enregistrar-vos al Workbook Digital.

  1. Entra a https://www.iddinkdigital.com/Account/Login
  2. Escriu el teu usuari (nom.cognom) i contrasenya provisional (una contrasenya de molts números) que et va enviar Iddink al teu correu després de fer la compra del Workbook Digital (si no trobes aquest correu, fes una cerca per “Iddink”, “noreply” o “nocontestar” a tots els apartats del teu correu/el correu dels teus pares: safata d’entrada, correu brossa, correu de promocions).
  3. Automàticament et demanen que creïs una nova contrasenya. RECOMANACIÓ: Escriu el teu nom seguit de 1234, per exemple, per a que sigui fàcil de recordar (exemple: Irene1234). Quan el navegador et demani si vols desar la contrasenya, prem “Sí” i així sempre la tindràs desada al teu PC.
  4. T’apareix la teva pàgina d’Iddink, prem el símbol de la “campana” amb un avís.

5. Quan entres, s’obre una finestra amb “Les meves llicències – Assignatures – Anglès”. A l’extrem inferior dret hi ha el símbol d’una clau. Accedeix allà.

6. S’obre una altra finestra amb “CODI D’ACCÉS“. Copia’l al portapapers.  Escriu el teu usuari i contrasenyes que has creat abans. Prem “GUARDAR I ANAR“.

7. S’obre directament la pàgina del Webbook de Burlington. Primer, crea un nou usuari. Quan et demani CÓDIGO DE ACTIVACIÓN, enganxa el codi d’accés que acabes de copiar al pas anterior.

8. Segueix tots els passos que et demana (usuari i contrasenya el mateix que has posat al principi de tot. Si et diu que l’usuari ja existeix, escriu el teu nom.primera lletra del teu cognom. Segueix escrivint EL MATEIX PASSWORD que al principi).

9. Quan ja t’apareix la pantalla amb el llibre digital, prem els “3 punts” de dalt a la dreta, i afegeix el CLASS CODE del teu grup.

IMPORTANT:

CLASS CODE DE 3r A: 7E86C

CLASS CODE DE 3r B: 7E872

Començarem a treballar amb aquest material a partir de la setmana del 26 d’octubre.

3rd A Soundtrack

Dear 3rd A students,

Do you like English music? Which type of music do you like? Pop, rock, reggae, classical music?

Here you have our next assignment: we’re going to create a soundtrack.

Follow the steps for this task:

1. Go to www.lyricstraining.com (you don’t need to register).

2. Choose a song that you like from the list or search for another one.

3. Select a game mode: beginner or intermediate. If you want a real challenge, choose advanced or even expert!

4. Then, choose the “CHOICE MODE“, and start the game.

5. When you finish the song, take a screenshot with your results on it (Total score, gaps, hits, fails and bonus).

6. You need to practise with 2 songs: American and British English.

7. Send me an email with the 2 screenshots (irene.zambrano@pladelbosc.cat).

8. Write a comment on this article, with your name and explaining the following information:

  • Which are the two songs that you have chosen? (TITLE OF THE SONGS).
  • Who is the singer/group?
  • Why do you like them?
  • What do they explain? (TOPIC of the song)
  • Which is easier/more difficult for you to understand? American or British English?

9. Add your two songs in the playlist that I have created in Youtube. You need to subscribe to my channel and to the playlist (“guardar lista de reproducción”). Then, at the top of the page on the right, you click the option “CONTINUAR“. 3rd A Playlist

IMPORTANT: If you see that your song is already in the list, then you have to choose to another one. The songs CAN’T be repeated!!

At the end of the term we will listen to them!

The deadline for this task is next Thursday 22nd October at 10pm. You need to do all the steps of the activity in order to pass it!
