1. DECISION MAKING:

Two topics are presented and after discussing pros and cons, students make their choices:

2. TEAM CREATION

Once all students have chosen their topic, is time for team creation. Since they have been working under cooperative learning structures it is quite easy for them to distribute the roles.

The adult provides them with a folder and a planning. Soon all teams fill up their working plan with tasks, objectives and responsabilites.

3. TALKING ABOUT ASSESSMENT

It is time now to talk about assessment. Different types of rubrics will be used. This time the rubics will have 5 levels of achievement instead of 4 because a no achievement level has been included.

Students will be able to mesure their Writing Skills (team to team assessment), Digital Competence (team self assessment), Team Work (individual self assessment) and Content Knowledge  + video creation (teacher-student assessment).

4. SHARING FILES IN THE CLOUD

Students receive a Google account and start working on the Drive. It is the first time they use the cloud to store, share, upload and create content.

5. ASSESSMENT

After uploading their articles in the blog, teams start to assess themselves.

In this image they are selfassessing their commitment, responsability and quality of work.

6. CO-TEACHING

One teacher visits our school twice. She collaborates as a co-teacher and interacts with kids solving any questions they have.

7. EXTRA-ACTIVITIES FOR FAST FINISHERS

Some students prepare a video about the whole project. In this image they are writing the storyboard.
