Great news!
The results of the Fonix exam were published some days ago.

Last Saturday the IES Gallecs candidates for the Fonix exam went to Barcelona to take part in the regional stage of the competition. The weather was wonderful, so we decided to walk (except Sergio and Carmen, they came by taxi). We walked from Sants train station to the INEFC (Institut Nacional d’Educació Física de Catlaunya), where the exam took place. It was a lovely 30 minutes walk!
It was a great experience. There were many students from other schools that were also taking the exam. Our candidates had to queue for a long time before signing in for the exam. There were exam rooms with more than 150 students!!
Our candidates had very good feelings after the exam. We hope all of them will make it to the final. We are sure they did a great job. CONGRATULATIONS!!

As many of you might know, the tests to choose what students will represent IES Gallecs in the Fonix Competition took place along the first week of February. The coordinators of this event are very happy because many students took the test. We congratulate all of you for the good job you did.

The second stage of the Fonix Competition will take place on March 13th in Barcelona.
Do not forget to congratulate the winners and wish them good luck when you meet them at school!
