Group A thinks the most important value when working is #Mental Challenge because you will always have problems and you have to cope with them effectively.
Group B agrees with them and they add that you must always be willing to set yourself a goal and get over it, so #perseverance and tenacity are involved as well.
Group C thinks #excitement is quite important because motivation makes daily routine more interesting.
Group D thinks that #creativity is the most important because if you innovate people will be interested.

Financial System
Look at the images below and analyse the financial system as we know it today. Then try to answer the following questions:
Is it very simple or rather complex?
Is it balanced and equalitary-fair?
Can you describe it using your own model

https://www.khanacademy.org/economics-finance-domain/core-finance/investment-vehicles-tutorial/investment-consumption/v/investment-vs-consumption-1
After that solve the next problems:
1.You have 100€. What can you do with them? Explain your decision in terms of consumption or investment.
2.An architect who works in a study has some money in cash and is thinking about one of the following actions. In your opinion are they investment or just consumption?
a/ buying a personal computer
b/ buying a computer and a programme to design plans for his company
c/Buying a locale and renting it out
d/Putting the money in a savings account
e/ Buying a house to live in
f/Going on a holiday trip
g/Buying shares of stocks like REPSOL YPF
h/Splitting it between his two kids for their expenses
Finally solve the practical cases in groups:
1. The bank has granted us a loan of 100.000€ at a simple annual interest rate of 3%. We want to know the interest that the bank is going to charge us.
2.Marta wants to save 1,000€ during three years at 4% of annual interest and wants to calculate the interest that she will obtain with a simple interest system and what she would get with a compound interest system.
3.With the data from the former case we want to calculate the interest Marta has to pay, aplying the formula of the compound interest.
4.Francesc has 3,000€ savings in his bank account. By the moment he doesn’t need them so he goes to the bank to see what he can do with this money. He is recommended to open a fixed deposit bank account with the following conditions:
The first year he will get a 4% interest rate, and the second and third a 6%. Every year he has the interest deposited into his account.
Before making a decision he wants to know the interest he will get by the deposit he will make.
5.Maria has asked for a student loan to pay the fees of her first year at college. The amount she needs is 1,500€ to be returned in three years at an APR of 7%, so she has 36 monthly instalments. In each instalment she has to compensate for the capital lended and also for the interest. How much is the instalment?
