Memory training

Playing chess or cards, or doing crosswords is good exercice to keep our mind in shape and always have our memory ready.

 

Do we lose our memory as we get older?

Not always. Getting older does not mean that we lose the ability to remember. Many people do, but many others do not. It depends on our health.

Can you remember something from when you were a child? If you answered yes, your memories are likely to be invented. Scientist say we don’t start to store memories till after the age of six.
