Aquest curs els vostres fills i filles continuen l’aprenentatge de l’anglès amb el llibre de text Surprise! 4 de l’Editorial Oxford que, motivador i amè, assegura un progrés sistemàtic en el desenvolupament de les habilitats comunicatives i unes bases sòlides de vocabulari, pronunciació i comprensió.
3rd TERM
Unit 5: Off to school
En aquesta unitat treballarem els mitjans de transport: a train, a plane, a motorbike, a bus, a taxi, a helicopter, a boat, a lorry i les assignatures escolars: PE, English, geography, maths, history, science.
Treballarem les estructures: I go to … by bus on…//She/He goes to…by… How do you go to school?. History is on Monday.
Respassarem els dies de la setmana, les hores (o’clock, half past, quarter past, quarter to), els nombres de l’1 al 100.
Treballarem tots aquests continguts a través de la història Off to school! Una història molt divertida on coneixerem a la Sophie, una nena que sempre fa tard a l’escola, per saber-ne el motiu, la història haurem de llegir.
Unit 6: The Wolf’s in town
En aquesta unitat treballarem el vocabulari relacionat amb els llocs de la ciutat: a station, a supermarket, a bank, a cinema, a cafe, a zoo, a park, a swimming pool. També treballarem les preposicions de lloc: in front of, next to, between, behind, above, opposite.
Treballarem les estructures:
- What are you doing? I’m reading a book
- What’s she doing? She/He’s reading a book
- Where’s is he? He’s behind the supermarket.
Treballarem tots aquests continguts a través d’una versió molt divertida de la Caputxeta Vermella, què passarà amb ella, i amb el llop?
2nd TERM
Unit 3: The hungry rat
En aquesta unitat treballarem els aliments: cake, meat, fish, fruit, milk, cola, jam, juice i els adjectius busy, lazy, angry, happy, thirsty, hungry.
Treballarem les estructures: There’s some (fish) in the (fridge). Can I have some (crisps)? Yes, of course. / No, sorry.
Treballarem tots aquests continguts a través d’una història molt divertida sobre Wanda the Witch and a very naughty rat.
Unit 4: Night and day
En aquesta unitat treballarem les activitats diàries: get up, have breakfast, got to school, have lessons, have lunch, go home, have dinner, go tot bed i les hores en què es fan: quarter past one, quarter past four, half past six, half past eight, quarter to five, quarter to seven.
- What time do you get up? I get up at seven o’clock.
- She/he gets up at seven o’clock.
- What’s the time? It’s eight o’clock.
Treballarem aquests continguts a través d’una història on el seu protagonista en Vamp the Vampire canvia la seva actitud. Tot llegint-la descobrirem el perquè.
1st TERM
Unit 1: A real cowboy
Continuem l’aprenentatge de l’anglès amb els nostres amics Josh i Emma. They are at granny’s house. What’s in the attic? What’s in the box today?
En aquesta unitat treballarem els esports: playing hockey, canoeing, horse riding, rollerblading, skateboarding, playing volleyball, playing basketball and swimming.
- Do you like canoeing? Yes, I do.
També coneixerem a Texas Tom, un nen que té un problema. Quin serà?. We’ll find out very soon about it.
Finalment treballarem les activitats del temps lliure: watching TV, reading comics, talking to friends, wrting emails, listening to music, playing computer games.
- He likes watching TV
- She doesn’t like writing emails.
Unit 2: Bathtime for Fifi
En aquesta unitat repassarem les parts del cos: a face, eyes, ears, feet, toes, hands, fingers, body i realitzarem descripcions físiques: She’s got straight brown hair and blue eyes.
Coneixerem també a Fifi, Miss Simpson’s dog. Fifi s’escapa de casa. Ben aviat descobrirem per quin motiu. Per tal de trobar-la formularem unes preguntes:
- Has she got green eyes? Yes, she has.
- Has she got small ears? No, she hasn’t.
També treballarem el món de les mascotes: hamster, canary, goldfish, tortoise, rabbit and pony.
