Virtual School is very usefull free website for students and teachers. It is a course designed both as a free-standing course (like a coursebook) and as materials that can be used as a resource by teachers already following a conventional course. Like a traditional coursebook, the Virtual School materials include language study sections (grammar, vocabulary etc), and skills practice (reading, listening, speaking, writing). Each unit has a specific theme, or topic. Each section of each unit follows logically from the preceding section. This makes it easy to use as a free-standing course. This project is recommended for the 2nd cycle of ESO and for Batxillerat students, even though I think it is very useful for 1st cycle of Eso. Some topics, like the family or countries are sudied in 1st and 2nd course of ESO.
