VERB TO BE AND HAVE GOT
Reading the yellow category, we continue dealing with the sentence “els nois i noies estaven davant d’una pissarra preguntant on era el Senegal en diferent idiomes” They said that they asked a lot of questions, and we started writing sentences in the white board. We observed that some of them has two repeated letters: WH. Then we learn the WH questions.
We made some sentences to use them and then we decided to write an interview. After the interview, we realized that they clearly didn’t know the structure of a sentence, and neither some basic verbs as the verb to be and have got. So we made an activity where they have 4 corners in the class with information. They had to read the papers and write a summary. Then we explain to our classmates our summary and we made one synthesis altogether.
During the activity they couldn’t ask questions to the teacher, only to their classmates. They did it pretty good!!
