Partiendo del interés por los crímenes y las investigaciones policiales, se ha planteado conocer los máximos detalles posibles sobre el misterio de casos reales sobre asesinatos. Con la principal finalidad de aprender sobre diferentes formas de investigación policiaca y el análisis de diferentes pruebas y testimonios, y así poder asentar unas bases propias confiables sobre la investigación criminal.
Se ha procedido a realizar un podcast desde cero, a partir de un análisis comparativo entre diferentes podcasts y una recopilación de información sobre un caso poco popular como es el de Enriqueta Martí, para finalmente crear un blog de uso público donde abocar toda esa información. Después de hacer una larga investigación sobre el True Crime (origen, consumo, consecuencias psicológicas, valoraciones, etc.) y un análisis comparativo sobre los podcast valorados con más éxito a nivel americano, español y catalan, abarcando diferentes datos (introducción, música, estructura, etc..) y teniendo en cuenta las pruebas, testimonios, perfil de la asesina, juicios etc..
Finalmente se ha comprobado que existen grandes diferencias en las estructuras de los audios de las diferentes zonas, determinando así un podcast propio mezclando los criterios al gusto del caso de Enriqueta Martí. Además, de mostrar las diferencias en las investigaciones y procesos tanto como policiales y judiciales dependiendo del país, época y estructura social.

Initiating with a common interest in crimes and police investigations, it has been planned to get knowledge of the highest level in details about True Crime mysteries based in murder. With the objective of learning about different ways of police investigation and analysis of testimony and proves as the main purpose, so as to establish a reliable basis based on criminal reports.
It has been preceded by the realization of a podcast from the ground on, thereon of a comparative analysis between diverse podcasts and a compilation of information regarding an unheard-of crime, as the one of Enriqueta Martí is, in order to create a blog of public consumption where to present all the data. Subsequently of an extensive study concerning the True Crime genre (origin, consume, psychological consequences, appraisals, etc.), fulfilled with a comparative analysis referring to the highest valorated podcasts at an american, spanish and catalan level, encompassing disparate data (introduction, music, estructure, etc.) contemplating the researched proves, testimonies, murder profile, trial, etc..
Ultimately, it has been demonstrated the existence of huge differences inside the narrating structure attributed to diverse countries, therefore composing an own produced podcast fusing the criteria with the case of Enriqueta Martí. Furthermore, presenting the differences in the investigation structure as well as the police and judicial process subjected to the country, period and social structure.
