Thank you and congratulations

To all young leaders: CONGRATULATIONS!!! for you have shown your commitment to a work well done and full of effort, curiosity, respect, cooperation, tolerance, enthusiasm and many other captivating qualities you have proved to have. Thank you for getting so involved. You have become part of the global success of this beautiful project.

From the school, we are glad and thankful for having shared the opportunity to participate in Connecting Classrooms. It has opened new doors to leave people in schools at the threshold of new chances to be taken together  to help people grow culturally, socially, emotionally and personally.

Thank you very much.

GOOD THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES

Two of our young leaders spent three days in Glasgow and visited Edinburg as well. Once back in Teià, they described it all as their WOW journey, no matter how short it had been. It was like a dream, one of them said. They made the best of their time all along the journey and one could see something bright in their eyes and a smile on their faces when talking about their memories looking back in time.

Short is the time when seen from the end. This last month, young leaders in our school expressed their emotions and experiences wishing they had lasted a bit longer. They have been deep and nice, however. All they have seen and done is what most counts. All these connected activities have become a way to find out new thoughts and perspectives, great ideas and projects, different beliefs and sensations, but above all, these activities have led our students to meet new friends, both Catalan and Scottish, and therefore, to open up their minds and welcome new cultures and traditions. They have hold hands with people with common interests and likes: other teens. It’s been great, they say. The bonds some of these young people have created will last for a long time, maybe even forever. One never knows.

Visita a Glasgow…. coming soon

Quina bona pinta!

Girls: HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!

28 de maig de 2013: A Day to Remember
