Del 17 al 21 de gener del 2011, l’artista Jesús Palomino ha estat a l’escola treballant amb els alumnes del projecte per tal de fer el producte final del projecte Change by art: l’espai sostenible per a la exhibició d’art contemporani. /From the 17th to the 21st of January, the artist Jesus Palomino was in our school working with our students on the final product for our project Change by art: to build a sustainaible space for the exhibition of contemporanian art.
Amb l’assessorament del Centre d’Art La Panera de Lleida, vàrem contactar amb l’artista sevillà Jesús Palomino i de seguida va acceptar el projecte./
With the advising of the Contemporanian Art Center La Panera, we could contact this sevillian artist who accepted very fast our proposal.
L’objectiu era el disseny i la creació colectiva d’un espai tipus “kiosk” per a l’exhibició d’objectes d’art, que fos portàtil, funcional, sostenible i reflexés la mirada efectiva a l’entorn de la realitat del reciclatge. Les tasques de construcció s’han portat a terme als tallers i espais de la mateixa escola. El resultat final del procès de treball es va presentar al final de la setmana al vestíbul de la mateixa escola, amb la presència de la direcció del centre, el regidor de cultura de l’ajuntament de Tàrrega, i representants del Centre d’Art Contemporani La Panera de Lleida./The objective was to design and create a kind of mobile space for the exhibition of artistic productes: it had to be mobile, funtional, sustainaible and recycled. The construction tasks were done at the school’s workshop. The final results were exhibited at the end of the week at the hall of the school, with the presence of members of the direction of the school, the culture representant of the city council and some representants of the Contemporanian Art Center of La Panera.
Els alumnes de Batxillerat han tingut l’oportunitat de treballar frec a frec amb un artista de renom internacional, participant en un procès creatiu complet que ha culminat amb la creació d’una instal.lació artística a partir de materials constructius i de reciclatge. Una experiència de creació col.lectiva on el disseny esdevé un procès viu i compartit, en la que l’objectiu bàsic ha estat la creació d’un espai sostenible, que a l’hora serà el producte final d’aquests dos anys de projecte europeu./ The students had got the opportunity to work beside a real international artist, to participate in a complete creative process and to create an artistic installation. An experience of collective creation where the design was an alive and shared process, with the objective to create the final product of our 2 years european process.
