Listen to this song: APRIL’S FOOL
SONG LYRICS:
Jack and Jill
Come out to play
School is cancelled
For today
And when they get there
I will say
April Fools!
Hey look down,
I’ll tell you why
Can’t you see
Your shoe’s untied
Now you’ve seen
My silly side
April Fools!
Chorus:
April Fools, April Fools
All in fun for me and you
April Fools, April Fools
Never mean or cruel
Hey look up,
Look over there
An elephant’s flying
Through the air
I made you look,
I made you stare
April Fools!
There’s a fish
On the back of you
I hope it isn’t
Stuck with glue
The giggles and laughs
Should give you a clue
April Fools!
Chorus
So when the first
Of April comes
Remember to laugh
With everyone
And try to keep it
All in fun
Hey look down,
Your shoe’s untied
Now you’ve seen
My silly side
An elephant’s flying
Through the air
I made you look,
I made you stare
There’s a fish
On the back of you
The giggles and laughs
Should give you a clue
On April Fools!

St Patrick’s Day is celebrated on 17th March in Ireland.
People traditionally wear a small bunch of shamrocks on their jackets or caps. Children wear orange, white and green badges, and women and girls wear green ribbons in their hair.
Many cities have a St. Patrick’s Day parade, family carnivals, treasure hunt, dance, theatre and more. Dublin, the capital of Ireland, has a huge St. Patrick’s Day festival from March 15-19. Have a look, click here: St PATRICK\’S DAY IN IRELAND

Patrick was only 16 when the pirates captured him.
They sold him to slavery and took him to Ireland.
He kept the faith and made his escape.
When he was 22 and made it back to Britain
‘Twas the only home he knew.
Patrick had a vision to return to Ireland and vowed to teach Christianity,
until the bitter end.
Legend says that Patrick used the shamrock to explain
that the Father, Son and Holy Ghost are all and one the same.
On this day the Irish dress in many shades of green
