English Day in Àger

Last Friday 3rd. November pupils of CM and CS from ZERs El Jonc, Serra Llarga, Montsec, Romaní and schools from Vallfogona, Térmens and Albesa went to Àger to celebrate an English Day.

MORNING: The theatre play “Tommy and the Talent Thief” by IPA Productions. With native actors!!

AFTERNOON: “The Amazing Games” for CM (games in small group in the sports field) and “The Great Gymkhana” for CS (checkpoints through all the village).

Everything in English and with mixed groups of pupils from different schools. Lot of fun!

El passat divendres 3 de novembre els alumnes de CM i CS de les ZERs El Jonc, Serra Llarga, Montsec i Romaní i de les escoles de Vallfogona, Térmens i Albesa van anar a Àger a celebrar l’English Day.

MATÍ: L’obra “Tommy and the Talent Thief” d’IPA Productions. Amb actors nadius!

TARDA: “The Amazing Games” per a CM (jocs en petits grups al camp d’esports) i

“The Great Gymkhana” per a CS (controls per tot el poble).

Tot en anglès i amb grups d’alumnes barrejats de diferents escoles. Molta diversió!

ENGLISH THEATRE FOR ED. INFANTIL AND CI

Last Friday 6th. of May we went to Os de Balaguer to see the theatre play “Round and round the garden” performed by Look Out Theatre Company. The audience was made up with pupils of Ed. Infantil and CI from ZER El Jonc, ZER Serra Llarga, ZER Montsec and Albesa School. A boy and a girl were walking around a beautiful garden and showed us a lot of little bugs (a bee, a butterfly, a ladybird, a caterpillar, a spider…) and funny songs. It was amazing!

In the afternoon, we visited the village: its streets, square and village hall, and also two men told us about the production of oil and honey in Os: Molí del Pau and Torrons Alemany. They gave us some oil and honey as presents. Thanks!

El passat divendres 6 de maig, vam anar a Os de Balaguer per a veure l’obra de teatre “Round and round the garden” representada per la Companyia Look Out. El públic estava format pels alumnes d’Ed. Infantil i CI de la ZER El Jonc, ZER Serra Llarga, ZER Montsec i escola d’Albesa. Un noi i una noia caminaven per un bonic jardí i ens van ensenyar molts animalons (una abella, una papallona, una marieta, una eruga, una aranya…) i cançons divertides. Va ser fantàstic!

Per la tarda, vam visitar el poble: els seus carrers, plaça i ajuntament, i també dos senyors ens van explicar la producció d’oli i mel d’Os: el Molí del Pau i els Torrons Alemany. Ens van regalar una mostra d’oli i mel. Gràcies!

HAPPY EASTER! FELIÇ PASQUA!

Easter is here!

And Easter Bunny has come back again to the ZER to visit us and bring lots of delicious chocolate eggs. In La Ràpita, we played a game with clues to find him and the eggs in the village. THANKS EASTER BUNNY! We love you!

La Pasqua ja és aquí!

I el conillet de Pasqua ha tornat de nou a la ZER per a visitar-nos i portar molts ous de xocolata boníssims. A La Ràpita, vam jugar un joc de pistes per trobar-lo a ell i els ous pel poble. GRÀCIES CONILLET DE PASQUA! T’estimem!

Coordinació Rural de Catalunya duu a terme un projecte de voluntariat amb joves europeus i ha seleccionat sis escoles petites de poble per a dur-lo a terme durant aquest gener. Hem estat una de les afortunades entre tot Catalunya!

Hem viatjat per Europa, conegut capitals, monuments, tradicions, personalitats… I tot en anglès!

Last Friday May 9th., children from Ed. Infantil and CI of ZER El Jonc enjoyed magic with Ruskus Patruskus, a very funny English clown!!

El passat divendres 9 de maig, els nens i nenes d’Ed. Infantil i CI de la ZER El Jonc van gaudir de la màgia d’en Ruskus Patruskus, un pallasso anglès molt divertit!!

The last day before Easter holidays Easter Bunny (from the UK!) visited our school.
We looked for its hidden chocolate eggs, a very British tradition!!

L’últim dia abans de les vacances, el conillet de Pasqua (del Regne Unit!) va visitar la nostra escola.

Vam buscar els ous de xocolata que ens va amagar, una tradició molt britànica!
